7m15w20 Making the insides of a tree
Welcome back to the world of... oh it doesn't have a name just yet. What you are looking at is the skeleton of the first level that you will be exploring. Making the pathways is probably the hardest thing to do because the pathway needs a purpose and also needs to be fun to tranverse. Along with that the pathways need to make sense logically as well as have the players understand what to do next. This is also a metroidvania so I need to have multiple pathways and show pathways that the player can go to but lock off the area with the new upgrade. This is all making designing the levels very difficult but hopefully the further I get into making the game the more people can play test the game.
