8/30/2020 Progress!!!


Progress has been happening this week!  So, I have fixed the bugs with the editor and was able to start making progress on modelling the first level.

This is the first area that I spent about an hour designing and fixing small things.  I spent some time getting in the enemies and their AI cause I pretty much already had the foundation and was just able to add on to the foundation to fit my needs.  After that I was trying to fix a bug in the Godot engine which I am still asking about.  It is the reason why there are so many hiccups in the game.  So I'll be needing to post a bug report on Godot for that.
Also, I have someone that is willing to work with me on the art for the game!  Now, it is mostly background art, HUD stuff and concept art.  However, this also means that theses dev logs and monthly videos will no longer be the crappy title art (most of the time) and be something more interesting.  Though the person isn't working just yet so you will have to stick around with my art for now.
One last message that I would like to say is that if all of you would be so kind as to donate to my patreon.  I am now at a stage where having some type of income from this game will help speed up the development even if only slightly.  Another way you can support the game is by playing it and giving feedback to the developers about what could be improved in the game.
